Julie Zibulsky joined Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP in September, 2011. Ms. Zibulsky received her J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law, with highest honors, in 2010. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge R. Lanier Anderson, III, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
