The best way to know whether you have a claim or require legal assistance is to allow an experienced lawyer to assess the facts and circumstances of your situation.

If you believe you have an employment law claim or a whistleblower case, or if you need legal assistance in these areas, please complete the confidential form below or call the KMB offices at (202) 299-1140 to request a confidential intake interview. There is no fee associated with this process.

We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential. The use of this form for communication with the firm does not establish an attorney-client relationship prior to a client’s actual retention of the firm.

* Please fill in all fields in the form below.

Your form submission is secure and encrypted.

What to expect when you contact KMB:

  • You will typically receive a response from the firm’s intake coordinator, Precious Johnson, within 48 hours of receipt of your intake form.
  • Ms. Johnson will ask you to provide additional information, including, in some instances, supporting documentation, and will provide that information to a firm partner.
  • A firm partner will then determine whether your situation is one we may be able to assist you with and if so, will schedule a time to meet with you. (If you are out of state, we conduct consultations via telephone or Skype).
