  • May 31, 2011

Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP partner Lisa J. Banks  presents on a panel at the Washington, DC Bar regarding the EEOC’s final regulations implementing the ADA Amendments Act.  The EEOC published its final regulations implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) on March 25, 2011.  The EEOC’s final regulations and revised Interpretive Guidance provide long-awaited guidance on the ADAAA’s greatly expanded definition of disability.  KMB partner Lisa J. Banks presents with a panel of experts who will explore the key highlights of the EEOC’s Regulations and revised Interpretative Guidance, the practical effects of the new regulations in the workplace for employees and employers, and how the regulations may impact future litigation under the ADAAA.
