KMB partner David J. Marshall teams up with Grace Speights, a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, to present an update on employment law to a meeting of JAMS mediators from the East coast. Mr. Marshall and Ms. Speights reviewed this term’s employment-law decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court, and Mr. Marshall presented an update on developments in whistleblower law, with emphasis on the new Dodd-Frank law’s anti-retaliation provisions and protections for workers in the consumer finance sector.
