KMB Partner Lisa Banks Answers Questions on NPR’s Talk of the Nation

Katz, Marshall & Banks partner Lisa J. Banks spoke at length yesterday with Neal Conan of NPR’s Talk of the Nation about the purpose, propriety, and limitations of confidentiality agreements.  She then took questions from listeners about issues regarding their own confidentiality agreements.  The conversation revolved around confidentiality agreements signed by women who settled sexual harassment claims with Herman Cain during his time at the National Restaurant Association.
