Katz, Marshall & Banks partner David J. Marshall published a white paper entitled “Doing Well by Doing the Right Thing: A Guide to the SEC Whistleblower Program and the New Rules that Can Lead to Rewards for Reporting Securities Violations.”  The paper was published on July 24, 2011.  Katz, Marshall & Banks associate Matthew Stiff and law clerk Andrew Schroeder assisted in the research and writing of the paper.
