Most of the people that I know work for a living and I have seen the impact that the loss of a job or problems at work can have on their lives and families. It is a privilege to be able to help people going through those difficult times.

I found Andrew to be very compassionate and knowledgeable.  He made me feel like I had a dedicated advocate who understood what I was going through.  Andrew kept me in the loop during every step of the process, and we were able to negotiate a fair settlement through the process of mediation instead of my case going to court.
