All Americans deserve a workplace free of discrimination and retaliation, and Katz, Marshall & Banks is committed to making that a reality.
I am honored to represent workers who speak out against injustice at their workplace.
Nicolas Enrique O'Connor joined Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP as a Law Clerk in October 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Connor worked as a Summer Associate at Akin Gump in New York, where he worked on immigration, gender-based violence, and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. O'Connor received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020, where he served as a research assistant, conducting analysis on banking and mortgage regulation.
Prior to law school, Mr. O'Connor co-founded EduAmistad Ecuador, a nonprofit which provides comprehensive health and English education to at-risk youths in and around Guayaquil, Ecuador. Mr. O'Connor also volunteers with the Washington Lawyers' Committee's Workers' Rights Clinic, and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
Mr. O'Connor's application to the Washington D.C. bar is pending.
