Debra Katz and Patricia Wulf Interviewed on NPR

Katz, Marshall & Banks partner Debra Katz and client Patricia Wulf were interviewed on NPR’s Morning Edition about reports that Placido Domingo struck a deal with the American Guild of Musical Artists to pay the union $500,000 following an investigation into allegations of the opera star’s sexual harassment. The deal, which was reported to include a clause that limited the AGMA’s public statements about the inquiry, fell apart after details of the investigation became public.

Ms. Katz and Ms. Wulf spoke to Morning Edition about the importance of publicly releasing the final report into Domingo’s behavior, and urged the union to hold Domingo fully responsible.
