Katz, Marshall & Banks is proud to announce that The National Law Review (NLR) has recognized the firm as a “Go-To Thought Leader” for 2020.
The award recognizes 71 legal authors and organizations – less than 0.1% of the publication’s 15,000 authors – who wrote consistent and insightful legal news and analysis during this challenging year. The COVID-19 pandemic, social turmoil, and the contentious political environment in 2020 made accurate legal analysis more important than ever, and led to a surge in NLR’s readership that started at the beginning of the pandemic in March and April.
The National Law Review selected KMB for its analysis on topics ranging from religious exemptions and nondiscrimination laws to potential conflicts between union protection and anti-discrimination laws. Our articles provided employees and legal practitioners not only timely news regarding evolving and dynamic employment-related legal issues, but also actionable analysis to assist individuals in understanding their legal rights.
