KMB Expands by Adding a New Associate and Litigation Fellow

Katz, Marshall & Banks is proud to welcome Rachel Green and Alexandria Smith to the firm as an Associate and Litigation Fellow, respectively. 

 Prior to joining KMB, Ms. Green served as a law clerk to the Honorable David F. Hamilton of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She also worked as an associate at Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein LLP in San Francisco, California, where she represented clients in mass tort cases and complex class actions. Ms. Green received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2019, where she founded Stanford Law Against Gendered Violence and was involved in several other advocacy organizations.

 Ms. Smith graduated from Harvard Law School in 2021, where she was a member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, working with dozens of clients through various legal proceedings. Upon graduation, she was recognized for providing over 2,000 hours of pro bono legal services during her time as a law student.
