Carolyn Wheeler Addresses Anti-Muslim Workplace Discrimination

Katz, Marshall & Banks Of Counsel Carolyn Wheeler published an article in Law360 on December 16, 2015, entitled “Addressing Workplace Discrimination After Terror Attacks.”  Coming in the wake of a number of incidents that have caused and evidenced an increased level of anti-Muslim sentiment in the country, the article lays out a list of important steps employers should take to protect the rights of all their employees to work in an atmosphere of safety and mutual respect.
